Can I work for multiple employers in Thailand with a single work permit?

From what I understood its correct as far as the managing director of the company holding the WP mention the adress of work (or company) where you are allowed to work to the immigration (or DBD not sure).

If not you could be fine but the fine apply for a WP holder working at the wrong adress and not for a foreigner working without work permit in Thailand.

But I could be wrong.
