Does someone knows if it is true or not that if we have a work permit somewhere, we are allowed to work elsewhere (jobs not on the thai prohibited list)?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, you cannot automatically work for multiple employers with a single work permit. If you want to take a second job, both your first and new employers must agree to add the new workplace to your existing work permit. The managing director of your current employer needs to inform the immigration department about the address of the new work location. Failure to adhere to this could result in penalties, although fines typically apply to work permit holders for working at unapproved addresses.
From what I understood its correct as far as the managing director of the company holding the WP mention the adress of work (or company) where you are allowed to work to the immigration (or DBD not sure).
If not you could be fine but the fine apply for a WP holder working at the wrong adress and not for a foreigner working without work permit in Thailand.
The person holding a Work Permit and the WP holder is the person who is inside with their picture name etc. a Company just provide the documents for the person to get the Work Permit. With other words you as a person holding a work permit is responsible. Companies could be fined for employing a foreigner without a work permit.
