Looking for advice as to how to proceed with this multiple re-entry permit issue.

My Lao girlfriend has a multiple re-entry permit that doesn’t expire until 2025. This summer when she crossed into Thailand at Mukdahan immigration stamped USED right across most of the word Multiple.

Now we have issues both leaving and returning to the kingdom. Get out and in but it takes question and answer period.

Agent or straight to Chonburi immigration to repair?

So after there was a lil misunderstanding in a other forum and now the thread is closed so i ask here again. Can I show up at a thai Landboarder (in my case mukdahan to laos) with old and new passport (new one is 5 days old when I show up at border and I have the letter from the embassy) and they stamp me out,let me leave the country?

Some ppl say better to transfer my last stamps and other say just show up at the border with 2 passports.

Is the Mukdahan border still open? I need to get a new visa in Savannakhet on Monday morning.

Enter Laos, first big change;

The window with big letter 24 HR ATM service is the place to get the application form for Visa on Arrival. office moved into the old bank office but the signs did not move yet.

Got the visa stamped into Laos, walked in, turned left to leave. You are in overtime, you pay fine!!

After 16:00 they call it overtime, it took 2 officers to convince me, but a new sign did explain that.

Walked to the bus stop where a nice officer told me this way, one immigration booth is gone, but the floor is still 10 cm up. Walk his way, the short cut, take care, i dived all over the place and have blue knees to remember.

Thai immigration, fingerprinting again, 4 fingers both hands and then 2 thumbs. 90 days stay as normal with the 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage.

Can a 30 day stamp from a border (Savanakhet/Mukdahàn) be extended or not? I hope to get a Tourist visa from that embassy but given the denial here in Vientiane I'm not so sure if I will be able to get one. What is my best option here? Should I try to get a visa or take a chance at the border without one?

Has anyone entered Thailand through the Savannakhet/Mukdahan border recently? What should he expect? Show 20,000 baht/Show flights out of Thailand etc. He's going to get a new Multiple Entry visa based on marriage. Thanks in advance.😊

Is the Mukdahan (Thailand) - Savannakhet (Laos) border open on Sundays? If so, what time does it open and what time does it close?

I need to do a quick out and back in border run on January 6th. I do NOT need to go to the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet. Just a border run.
