Looking for advice as to how to proceed with this multiple re-entry permit issue.
My Lao girlfriend has a multiple re-entry permit that doesn’t expire until 2025. This summer when she crossed into Thailand at Mukdahan immigration stamped USED right across most of the word Multiple.
Now we have issues both leaving and returning to the kingdom. Get out and in but it takes question and answer period.
Agent or straight to Chonburi immigration to repair?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking guidance on resolving issues related to a multiple re-entry permit for their Lao girlfriend, which was mistakenly stamped at the Mukdahan immigration, causing difficulties when entering and exiting Thailand. Community members suggest addressing the issue at the original location where the permit was obtained or at the local immigration office.
It was not canceled. It was stamped used in error as if it was a single entry permit, not multiple re-entry as per my original post. As evidence that it was not canceled we have entered using the same valid multiple re-entry permit several times since the errant “Used” stamp was made. I am quite simply trying to stop the Q&A session at immigration that makes for a few minutes of unnecessary delay and explanation on entry.
Respectfully I'm trying to ascertain why the re-entry permit was cancelled. Without the full information it's difficult to give advice. Generally if a mistake has been made by immigration staff, it can only be rectified at the same location
her visa exemption is two years and multi re-entry permits track with the visa exemption date. However since none of this offers any advice or direction I will remove my question.
You could try where you got the re-entry permit to see if they’ll try and fix in some way. Usually if there’s a mistake at a land border (as in a wrong date or similar) immigration will tell you to go back to that border point to correct.
