I'm on amnesty now after canceling previous work permit and non-o volunteer visa just before covid. I have a new job at an NGO and want to get a new non-o volunteer visa so that I can get a new work permit.

I read from the US Embassy that after getting a 'hard stamp' officially extending till Sep 26 you can then apply for a long term visa.

Does this apply to my situation? Has anyone successfully gotten this 'hard stamp' and changed visa especially to Non-o volunteer at chaengwattana?
