I might be another person with there account shut down, any one else that had there bank account shut down get this error when trying to scan for purchases?

I tried today to use the immigration app for the 90 day report, but I received an error message "service error". So the app does not work again.... anybody else get this?

Hello I'm trying to use a Chrome browser on my phone for my second 90-day report. I can fill everything out but when I do the capture and hit the next button, I get this error message. I also tried the app, but I get a different error message about don't overstay. I get the feeling maybe the app can't handle that I arrived in Thailand on the 15th of January last year. Does anybody have any ideas what I can do short of going to the immigration office in person? Thank you!
