I am applying for COE under exemption program thru the LA consulate website. I was preapproved and am trying to upload flight, shaba, etc for sandbox but I keep getting a "internal server error" message. I have tried to contact to the embassy but they are not responding. Has anyone encountered this problem and found a fix? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing an 'internal server error' while uploading required documents for a Certificate of Entry (COE) through the Los Angeles consulate's website, despite being preapproved. They have reached out to the embassy but have not received a response. Comments suggest troubleshooting steps such as checking the entire screen for errors, changing browsers, and ensuring date formats are compliant with system requirements, as this issue may stem from improper date entries.

Looks like it's a website error, poorly written probably.

Quick Google search says a date conversion issue. If there is a date picker or something where you enter a date - make sure the date is a valid one. Maybe complaing about US date formats not correct. US date formats ad MM/DD/YYYY AND NOT DD/MM/YYYY like europe
