Does anyone have reliable info on visas for smal children under the age of 14? The child really isn't charged for overstay?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, children under the age of 15 are not subject to fines for visa overstays. Furthermore, children under 18 cannot be banned from re-entering the country due to overstays. Visas are available for anyone with a passport, but it is important to note these specific provisions for minors.
