I'm making my first immigration appointment online. Is this the right page? [members only]

Which "objective" do I choose to swap to an education and guardian visa (from an F visa)?

And which "objective" would I choose for an COVID visa (swapping from an F visa)?

Hello everyone. I was told that my non-O visa needs to be changed to the F visa by my employer. Does anyone have any experience with getting the F visa? It seems to be quite rare. Where should I do the visa run? The validity of the type F visa is only 3 months, while I already have a non-O that lasts for 11 more months, what will happen to my non-O when I get an F? Thanks in advance!

Hello everybody, I was supposed to apply for a non immigrant ED (Internship at the UN) in Vientiane and booked an appointment. I just received the official letter from the UN, and somehow they changed into a non immigrant F (diplomatic visa). To be on the safe side, I wanted to know if the required documents are roughly the same than for an ED (form, passport, photos, official note). I checked on the website of Thai Embassy in Laos and couldn't find any info. Thanks a lot for helping

HI all. Would like to ask for your comment on my family's application for dependent passes. I am Vietnamese and holding F visa. My husband is Indian and having B visa. The kids, Indian nationality as well, are his dependents. My husband is going to quit his job in mid July and therefore to be able to stay in Thailand, 3 of them will need to convert their visas to the dependent type sponsored by me. I was advised to get a family certificate from our embassy and go to Chaeng Wattana to apply for new dependent visas for my husband and children. May I ask if this is correct or anything else we have to do to get the visas? Thank you so much in advance.

Here's my experience of The Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. We had read that people get there extra early, as they only process 130 applications per day, so we arrived at 8.15am. (They open at 9.30). There were already 8 or 9 people waiting and by the time it opened there were approx 40 - 50 people. As you go through the gate, you are asked what you are applying for so they can give you a checklist of what you should have with you and you get a ticket with your number on it. The guy couldn't give me a checklist because it was probably the first "F" visa dependant application he'd seen. Waited about 15 mins before it was my turn. Went to the counter, had my documents checked, was asked to confirm the visa I was applying for and then told to take a seat. 10 mins later I was called back to the counter to pay the fee. Given a receipt and told to return today between 2.30 and 4.30pm. Turned up today at 3.30pm, waited about 3 mins and received my passport with my visa. Very smooth from start to finish with no issues. Tod, I did receive an "F" Multi Entry the same as my wife and the cost was 750 MYR.
