TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around recommendations for SHA+ hotels in Bangkok, mentioning options like Fraser Suites Sukhumvit and Centrepoint Pratunam, which offer different packages including one-night stays and PCR tests. There are concerns about length of stay due to testing protocols, with comments highlighting experiences and suggestions to check hotel websites for availability. There's also a note on the SHA+ hotels being similar to ASQ hotels in terms of serving quarantine needs.
i stayed there last year for two week quarantine very nice hotel but checked their site don’t offer 1 night AQ

It's s licence for them to write money negative tests pays nothing positive test pays 14 days in their hotels .don't think I trust anyone that is to make money out of a test that I have no control over .think about it.
Wow good for you one of the lucky ones .I have stories from expats that would put yours to shame .but hay ho I will not be involved in any of that I am extremely happy up in the north of Thailand away from it all .for every good report there is always a bad one as we are not all the same .hope your trips remain hassle free .but you have to agree on one thing Thailand need to get there act together to allow tourists back without all the hoops they need to jump through there are millions of unemployed Thais from that industry that are begging for work I see it all the time up hear it's so sad and heartbreaking to see proud people with nothing and begging for food.i work as a aid worker with the red cross society of Thailand hear and see more than you could imagine.stay safe enjoy life.
Ha ha do you honestly think they would adhere to that.i live in Thailand been hear 11 years so I know a little bit about the culture .have friends Thai friends that work in the hotel's they use say no more.
I have been through both ASQ, Sandbox etc and have always been impressed by the professionlism. Having been back and for to Singapore during this whole covid thing, i have done well over 100 tests and all have been negative.
Last thing Thailand would want to do is tarnish there image and labs are strictly controlled.
As you are going on about years been here over 30 years and i know and have friends who own all sorts of hotels right from hostels up to 5 star resorts not just people that work in them.
All bad and expect to stay there for 3+ days as it’s going to take that long for the PCR result which will probably be positive meaning another 14 days
