TLDR : Answer Summary
The hotel you booked in Bangkok must be SHA+ certified to comply with current COVID-19 protocols. SHA certification alone is insufficient, as SHA+ indicates that at least 80% of staff are fully vaccinated and the facility adheres to strict COVID-19 safety measures. This is particularly important for the entry hotel during your initial arrival.

Has to be SHA+

Its has to be SHA plus with the transportation and testing.

SHA certification has been around for a while (pre covid) its issued by TAT

SHA plus means at least 80 % of employees are fully vaccinated and the facility has covid protocols in place.

I am presuming you are talking about the initial hotel for entry

If it's bkk, you must book an AQ hotel for one night FIRST, if you're double vaccinated. After, go wherever you want.
