Hello my husband and i are leaving montreal with air france to bongkok then to phuket for 60 days we dont have time to get a visa for 60 days are we ok with the 30 day thing then come out and come back in for 30?

How long does it take to process the 60 Day tourist e-visa (TR)? Do I need to hand in my passport or will I receive the visa sticker at the airport?

Should I apply for the ThaiPass first? (Therefore flights, the Sha++ hotel and insurance).

Also, any advice/tips on booking Sha++ hotels in Phuket?
