Currently on a non-o M (spouse), on the last stamp that expires dec. 6 and am from the USA - thinking of what to do next. I have only ever done the M entry so single entry is new territory that I am not very familiar with. Can I apply for year extension with the income affidavit from US consulate at immigration before this stamp runs out, or will I need to go an apply for a new non-o single entry out of country and then apply for extension at immigration?
