I will be returning to teach in Thailand for a second year at a different school. I did not get my degree/ transcripts notarized or an Apostille while i was back in the USA. From July 2018, I have affidavits from the US embassy saying that I claim that the documents are legit and that my name is the name that is on both documents. My question is in 2019, will this be sufficient to fulfill the degree verification requirement for the non-b visa these fulfilled them a year ago? I have my full size official diploma and official transcripts. Thank you for any feedback.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification about the adequacy of their US embassy affidavits in fulfilling the degree verification requirement for a Non-B visa in Thailand for 2019, given they have not notarized their transcripts or degree but possess official documents.
