Here is some tips for the tourist 30 day extension forms, for any newbies.

When I report to immigration for the TM 30 after arriving in Thailand 24 hours earlier, I go to the visa information office and pick up the forms for the extension.

I then take them home and fill them in at my leisure, I also make a photo. copy of the blank form. in case I make any mistakes.

This saves time when I actually go for my extension..

Also yesterday at immigration I took a photo of all the completed forms that Thailand py partner had to sign,

This will help for next year's forms, If I am still fit enough to return

It was busy yesterday at Korat IMO, but 4 hours to complete that included a 1 hour lunch break wasn't too bad.

Question for those who have done the first 90 day reporting recently, like within the past month. Do you need to provide bank statement? I know this was not a requirement before but with recent banking issues, I have to ask.

Hello! I've applied for a 90-day visa, and it's authorized. Once I arrive, they'll automatically give me 60 days in my passport, and I have to go to an immigration office to get an extension for another 30. Does anyone know where the immigration offices are and what they require? Thank you.

Quick question. I'll be arriving on a 30 day visa exemption and I'm wondering how soon I can apply for the 30 day extension? Right away? Or do I have to wait till the last day?

February holidays.

Please note that February 26th is a public holiday and immigration offices around the country will be closed that day.

Land borders or airports are not affected.

Plan accordingly.

I need expert advice please: my wife and I are going to get a retirement visa. I've deposited the required sum in the bank. Now I have to wait two months (May 16th).

We are on a 30 day extension that expires April 15th. I need to go to KL to close out a bank account there, long story but my card stopped working and my money is tied up. No access to the website either.

Would I be able to fly to KL and apply for a 60 day visa? So I can stay longer and avoid more border hops, or is it not worth it? Has anyone done this in KL and how many nights would I have to stay there? TIA

Greetings,

Q. Is the Covid-19 extention to be done at the immigration in Chaeng Wattana, or is it still at Muang Thong Thani, please?

Couldn't find clarity on the web!

Anyone been to the Immigration Offices on Koh Samui? Is it just as easy to extend a visa-exemption stamp here?

Help please with a few questions on the lousy STV Visa.

1. How early can I seek a 90-day renewal?

2. If I renew early, will I cheat myself out of the full 90 day period?

3. Are there any offices around Bangkok or Kanchanaburi that were easy to renew/work-with?

TIA
