TLDR : Answer Summary
The availability of copy services at Thai immigration offices varies by location. Many offices have photocopy machines on-site or nearby shops providing this service. For instance, the Bangkok immigration office has services available; however, some locations like Muang Thong Thani do not have nearby copy shops, so visitors are advised to bring their own copies. It's common for external vendors to offer copying services near immigration offices, sometimes at low costs.
Chang Wattana has copy shops in the basement which charge 2b per copy. but it seems now they're doing their extension stuff at IMPACT Muang Thong Thanee
when you needed a copy at Chaengwattana Immigration office you can go into the basement to the 4 or 5 copy shops down there BUT at Muang Thong Thani I was told there are no copy shops or services so you need to make them before you go
We all reckon the guy who stands next to the photocopier at Jomtien immigration and charges 20 baths for your copies owns the biggest house on the beach!
IF you are going to Chaengwattana to get an extension there are copy shops in the basement BUT if you are going to the new location at Muang Thong Thani (for the covid-19 extension or a 30 day extension on a 30 day visa exempt entry) you need to make your own copies because people were saying there are none near by
