FYI,

If you can't get the online 90 day check-in to work, turn your VPN off and it will work just fine.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users report that turning off your VPN can resolve issues with the 90-day online check-in in Thailand. Additionally, using certain browsers like Safari and Firefox helps, while Edge may not work. Ensure that auto-fill, pop-up blockers, and auto-translate are disabled, and be cautious with the TM6 card number format. Some users have opted for traditional mail to submit their checks due to recurring online issues.

I had problem several times with 90 day online reporting so I started to use the old fashioned Thailand Post mail service. It works perfectly. I send the required documents with registered mail. I enclose a pre stamped empty envelope for the receipt. I get my receipt in return in about 5 days.

As of right now, there is an amnesty for doing the 90 day reports, HOWEVER, there is no "grace period" for using the only system. GO to your immigration office and file a 90 day report in person.

agreed but its closed that shouldn’t be held against me correct?! I can only come Tuesday?!

I think it's open on Wednesday. You have until August 31 to file a 90 day report without a fine.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

There are several things that will "help" the 90 day online program "work".

It WILL work with Safari, Fire Fox, I/E, Chrome BUT not Edge. Make sure you turn OFF auto-fill, pop-up blocker and auto-translate.

Use the calendar icons to select dates when you can. DO NOT put in a flight number (it is not required). Remember a TM6 arrival/departure card number is TWO letters and FIVE numbers (some times those I's look like 1's and vice versa :P

I will add "turn off your VPN" to the list (y)
