shouldn't have a problem BUT why not try to see if you can make an appointment with the online appointment booking system and then you just show up at that time..

go back in and act like you're making a NEW booking and it will ask you if you wanna make a new one Tod *********
and you can search for your appointment using the search appointment tab (and I think once you find it you can cancel it)
