I go for my 90 day in a few days. I have a new lease but I doubt that my realtor filed a TM 30. If I bring my new lease will I have a problem?

take the lease was with you when you visit the Jomtien immigration office. I suspect that they may reject it, but one can hope ๐Ÿ™. Jomtien is critical of the TM30 filing. I have USED that office for many years. Go ASAP, don't wait until the last day. Good Luck ๐Ÿ€ and please report back what happened. Thank You ๐Ÿ˜Š.
