TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether the immigration office in Phuket will stamp their visa extension starting from the date of their application (the 18th) or their current expiration date (the 30th) when they apply for a COVID-19 extension on the 18th.

The last time round they were stamping you from the day you applied. May have changed since then but I doubt it.

I heard they stamp the day you apply. But you can always go there and ask first.

Nothing personal, but your profile says you're from Bangkok. How do you know they stamp on the day a person applies?
