TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a visa exemption in Thailand, you need to visit your nearest immigration office, such as the one in Phuket Town. Requirements include copies of your passport pages, a T6 form copy, a copy of your entry stamp, one passport photo, and a fee of 1900 baht. You are allowed to extend your visa exemption for an additional 30 days.
