Currently in Thailand on a TR visa,

Question: does the 2 week quarantine count for your 2 months? Also when I apply for the 2 month extension it doesn’t start from that day right? Just extends on top of the 2 months you were already allowed?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When in Thailand on a TR visa, the 14-day quarantine period does count towards your initial 60 days. However, when applying for a 30-day extension, this extension is added to your remaining days rather than extending the full original period. Thus, you will have a total of 90 days if you apply for the extension after the quarantine.

Does anyone know of a office which will give you the 60 day extension even if you havent used your 30 day one?

Immigration in Bangkok is not giving the cannot travel due to covid extension until you've exhausted the extensions your eligible to have on your current visa.

Jam Jag. Depending on which immigration office you use, they may not give you the 60-day covid until you've used the 30-day extension.

You get 60 days, just look at your stamp

The 30 day extension gets added on so a total of 90 but the covid 60 day extension starts the day you apply

Quarantine is part of your first 60 days. But you only get 30 day extension, not 60. So it's total 90 days
