I have a question. If your landlord hasn't done your TM.30 yet (well over the 24 hours) will I have trouble leaving the country and/or coming back in if it doesn't done by the time I have to leave? I have a non-immigrant b visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The completion of your TM.30 by your landlord is crucial for your visa status, but it is unlikely to affect your ability to leave Thailand. While immigration officers at the border do not check TM.30 compliance, issues may arise when you attempt to renew your visa, apply for a re-entry permit, or complete a 90-day report at your local immigration office.

Okay the people at passport control when you stamp out and in to the country do care if you EVER filed a TM30 or not. That's not their job.

The ONLY place you'd have a problem would be at your immigration office getting an extension or a re-entry permit, or doing a 90 day report

U won't have problem to leave and come back. But next time when u goto yr immi office...it depends on each individual office requirements.

NO, the Thai Immigration at border or airport check point do not care or check your address.

They aren't gonna have ANY problem leaving or coming back into the country because they didn't file a TM30.
