Hi,
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before?
I'm a UK passport holder, I was living in Thailand on Retirement Visa until I returned to the UK on family matters and I now can't return to Thailand because of the current situation.
My Retirement Visa will run-out at the end of Aug 2020, prior to leaving Thailand, I got a 'Re-Entry Permit at Korat Immigration' which is Valid Until end of Aug 2020 - same as my retirement visa!
Will both my Retirement Visa/Re-Entry Permit expire on these given dates?
Thank you
TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK passport holder living in Thailand on a Retirement Visa is concerned about the expiration of their visa and Re-Entry Permit due to inability to return to Thailand. A community member confirmed that both will expire on the specified end date if the individual cannot return in time to apply for a new Extension of Stay.
