My BF arrived in Thailand on 19 July 2021 with TR-60 days visa and then he applied for 90 days NON-O visa based on visiting family. We plan to apply for a yearly NON-O visa based on marriage.. just wait 2 months for the money in his Thai bank.
Based on our situation, does he need to do his first 90 days report? It will be on 17 Oct 21 for his 90 days in Thailand.
Could you please advise us?
Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if their boyfriend, who arrived in Thailand on a TR-60 days visa and subsequently applied for a 90 days NON-O visa based on visiting family, needs to complete his first 90 days report, which is due on October 17, 2021. Comments indicate that the 90-day reporting is not required until after he applies for the first yearly extension based on marriage and receives confirmation from the immigration office.

He doesn't do 90 day reporting until he applies for the FIRST yearly extension at Chaengwattana based on marriage. They'll put a paper in his passport like this that shows when he has to do his first 90 day report. You don't do anything 90 day report wise until you get that paper ๐
