Hello, I submitted my DTV visa application on 13 Feb. I received an email yesterday asking to submit my Visa Entry Stamp in Vietnam. I submitted it but then I realized I applied for a visa to stay in Vietnam as well and I didn’t submit that. It was a complete oversight that didn’t include the Vietnam Visa as well. 

- Will they ask for another submission or could they cancel/reject my visa?

( I’ve sent email to the embassy to let them know and I’ve included the Visa pdf in the email)

They only need your entry stamp to prove you are actually in Vietnam. The Thai embassy are not interested what visa you are using in Vietnam, but they do usually require your hotel booking as extra proof you are in there.
