What can I do if my DTV visa application was rejected without explanation?

Hello, I applied for my DTV in Hanoi on the 11th of May and today (18th of May) my visa has been rejected. I did not receive an email nothing. It just appeared as rejected on the website. I provided all the needed documents and followed the exact template several of my friends did and they had no problem at all. Did anyone face anything similar? How can I at least get the information on why my visa was rejected?

Your best option is to contact the Thai Embassy or Consulate in Hanoi directly and politely ask whether they can provide clarification or indicate if any document or requirement was considered insufficient. Rejections can sometimes be related to financial documentation, formatting issues, inconsistencies in the application, supporting evidence, or internal review criteria specific to that embassy.

Call them and they will tell you a rough explanation of why the visa was rejected. So you will know if something is wrong with your documents or some other reason

They won’t give you a reason, unfortunately.  If you are able to get ahold of someone, they will give you the same generic answer they give anyone

This is crazy. I don't think I'm going to apply now. They should have to tell you why if you give them that much money to apply. It's common courtesy to tell people why.
