Not sure if anyone would know the answer to this but I am planning to fly back to Bangkok on March 31 and will be landing around 11:55pm. I know they are offering the 45-day exemptions until March 31 at the moment, but if we land literally 5 minutes before the end of the day... will they grant the 45 day exemption or will it be 30 days since I doubt we will get to immigration before 12am.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The question raises concerns about receiving the 45-day visa exemption when arriving just before midnight on March 31. Comments suggest that the exemption is granted based on the immigration process completion time, not just landing time, and caution that landing after the deadline could result in only a 30-day stamp. Some suggest the possibility of immigration delays while others recommend arriving earlier to ensure receiving the longer exemption.
