TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about potential issues at Bangkok Airport (BKK) upon returning after 45 days on a visa exemption and a 30-day extension. Various comments suggest that as long as there are no COVID extensions in the passport and the user has a return flight scheduled, there should generally be no problems. However, concerns about having an onward ticket or return ticket are emphasized, as these may cause complications during entry.

All depends on the IO you get when you come back into BKK

Your problems will more likely be at your departure airport without an onward ticket within your first 45 days
