Am i right in thinking i will be given 45 days visa exempt when i arrive in bkk on 25/11/22 ?....and can i either apply for another 45 day extension, or can i do a land border bounce, or would i get another 45 day by flying out and back ? ( i want to stay in thailand for 90 days)

You'd have to do a border run to get 90 days. Otherwise can only get a 30 day extension

You're partially right.

You will get 45 days visa exempt entry, but you can only get a 30 day extension one time. That is 75 days total.

Why not just get a tourist visa before you come here? It's easy to do it all online with evisa and then you'll get stamped in for 60 days and you can get a 30 day extension, there is your 90 days.
