TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen with multiple previous visits to Thailand is inquiring if a visa is needed for a flight booked from December 16th to January 5th. They express concern over potential issues with immigration due to frequent travel within the same year and seek advice on whether to cancel their flight or go ahead without a visa. The consensus among commenters suggests that as a tourist visiting under normal circumstances without overstaying, the individual should not face problems at immigration.

You're fine, you're a tourist who stays within the original visa without extending, but. likes to return often, exactly the kind of person they like, no border bouncing, no extensions, and a money spending mindset! Merry Christmas!
Charmae *******
You'll be fine
Andy ******
It's people staying there maximum time on visa exempt and also extensions that they are looking at ,you should be fine

My 6th trip since April no issues at all.
Elliot ********
You’ll be fine. I went for two weeks in April 3 weeks in September and another two weeks in November.

Straight through no questions asked. Enjoy 🍺

37 days in 2 trips, if they have a problem with that then their rules have kinda gone too far.
John ******
Normal tourist...nothing to worry about. Thailand is bothered by visa scammers, you will be fine.

Please do keep this updated so we can see what happens upon arrival. I think you should be fine.

I wouldn't mention if questioned a girlfriend.

How long have you stayed this year? Ever done a border run?

I entered Thailand today. Two previous visa exempt entries already this year,23 days each time. I use my Thai wife’s address for the DTAC and in the drop down box for accommodation I click other and type ‘Staying in family home’. Reason for visit I click holiday. Enjoy. You have no worries about entering Thailand🍺🍺

You should be fine, have some cash, if questioned you love the mountains, nightlife and golf.

should be ok. Don't mention gf. You're a tourist, on holiday, meeting friends. Accomodation booking ( 1 night cancellable? ) cash, proof of leaving.

Not an issue. You’re a typical tourist and won’t raise any red flags for immigration.

im getting ready to fill out the customs online form what do they mean by point of embarkation? My flights starts in USA and I have a transfer in TPE what flight should I list or point of embarkation?
Michael ********
@Jen **
port of embarcation is country you left from. In case of multiple flights you put the one you enter on
Jen ***
@Michael *******
the country the flight originated not the transfer flight? People give different information. Seems you give where you flight originally left from but the transfer flights number if you have a transfer through another country like TPE under 12 hours?
Michael ********
@Jen **
You give your country you leave from this is primarily for health reaons. If you are coming from a country that requires you to show a yellow fever certificate. Your TDAC will then require you to upload a copy of your vaccination certificate. For flight it is the flight that lands in Thailand. I work a lot in Africa so my first entry after May I went and asked to clarify everything as we used to have to fill out a seperate form. You still have to go to the booth in airport and they check your seat number and give you a slip. Basically if you become ill they can see who you were sitting next to
