TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about extending their tourist visa in Thailand while possessing both an old British passport with a valid visa and a new passport that they anticipate receiving soon. They are unsure if they need to present both passports and whether the extension will be applied to the new passport. They also question if visiting their local immigration office is sufficient for the process.
