Hello! My daughter is travelling to thailand & wanted to stay 6 months. This is completely new to us but have researched the visa process & just wanted to ask on here. We gather that she'll have to apply for a 60 day multi entry visa beforehand, then go to an embassy to extend for 30 days. She needs passport photocopies, photos & current visa to do so. After this will she need to exit the country & apply for another 30 day visa on return & can do this twice. Is this correct? It's very confusing! Thank you

The user is inquiring about the visa process for their daughter to stay in Thailand for 6 months. They believe she needs to apply for a 60-day multi-entry visa, which could be extended for an additional 30 days at an embassy.
