I have a Non-B Visa; my employer will cancel it on 1 June as I no longer work for them.
Will I get amnesty? Is there something else I must do?
Any advice is appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about the cancellation of their Non-B Visa by their employer and whether they will qualify for amnesty. Comments clarify that while the employer cannot cancel the visa, the user should ensure they are aware of their visa's expiration date and any necessary steps to comply with immigration rules.

If you have an Extension of Stay based on Employment in Thailand, a big stamp from the Immigration Office, YOU have to visit Immigration Office to cancel this permission of stay.

After you cancelled this Extension of Stay and can not leave the country, you can use the amnesty rule.

N, I say that you have to follow the rules of the Extension of Stay and that is that your are allowed to be inside Thailand as long as your work, If you stop working you have to cancel this allowed stay with the last day of working as the last day of the Extension of Stay.
thank you for the information! (And apologies for the late response).
I do have an Extension of Stay stamp that says I’m permitted to stay until 15 June.
Are you saying that unless I visit Immigration to cancel this, I won’t qualify for amnesty once the Extension of Stay stamp expires?

Your employer can not cancel anything.
If you have a Visa in your passport and are in Thailand on the 90 days you got on entry you can stay until the last day mentioned in that stamp, if you can not leave you can use the amnesty rule.
