Hi guys. My non imm B visa expires on 19 June though I still have my work permit. Do I need to go and reapply for a new 1 year visa or does the amnesty apply?

What about if my company cancels my work permit if they aren't willing to extend my visa? Does the amnesty apply until I can leave the country? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they need to reapply for a new 1-year Non-Immigrant B visa after its expiration, despite holding a work permit. Additionally, they inquire about the implications if their company cancels their work permit and whether an amnesty applies in that situation.

I am assuming you do not have a visa, but instead a stamp saying "extension of stay", is that correct?
