I am currently holding a Non Immigrant Re-Entry Permit valid until Feb 14, 2020. But due to the Covid-19 crisis I lost my job.
Therefore my company will cancel my Work Permit and Visa by end of this month.
I can't flight to my home country at the moment so I would like to know if I can be under the Visa Amnesty until July 31th ?
Thanks a lot for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of being placed under Visa Amnesty in Thailand after losing their job due to the Covid-19 crisis, leading to the cancellation of their Work Permit and Visa. Community responses suggest that to enter amnesty, the user needs to cancel their Work Permit and Extension of Stay. However, there are concerns that the user's current visa status may already be in overstay since their Re-Entry Permit expired before COVID-19. Additionally, it is clarified that no physical stamps or documents are given as proof of Visa Amnesty.

If this is the case (because re-entry permit expiry is linked to extension), you have been on overstay way before COVID-19 situation had happened.... Don't think current amnesty could cover this extension expired before it's started.
Do you have a multiple entry Non-B visa by chance, OR an extension of stay based on employment with a multiple entry re-entry permit? Each one has a different "cancelation" procedure.
