Will a wrong check-in date on the TM30 form cause issues with my 90-day report?

Hello. I have a question about TM30form. My landlord put the wrong date on the check in date and for some reasons, she is saying she cannot resubmit the form. (I read online, you can resubmit the form with corrected date. This is my first time coming to Thailand, so I don't know) She supposedly called the immigration office and asked if she can resubmit the form and if I'll have problem with the 90 days report if the date is wrong. She told me that I'll have no problem. Is this correct? Or I'm going to have problem?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is essential for reporting your accommodation to immigration in Thailand. If your landlord has mistakenly entered the wrong check-in date, it seems this may not cause you issues regarding your 90-day report. Multiple comments from the community suggest that as long as you have the correct TM30 on file for your stay, and your address matches your application, you are unlikely to face problems. The check-in date is often not a crucial factor for tourists who change accommodations frequently.

There’s no need to worry. The check-in date is not important, as it’s common for tourists to change accommodations frequently. What does matter is that, when you submit your 90-day report, the address reported to the immigration system should match the one listed on your application form.

Is this the TM30 you will be using for the 90 Day Report? If it is the latest one I do not think you will have an issue. As long you have a TM30 of the place you are staying when you report.
