Is my TM30 form still valid for my 90-day report if it is dated before I left Thailand?

90 Day Report query: seeking clarification on my TM30 form. Is it necessary that the form is dated very recently? I have sought AI clarification but it’s not conclusive. Basically I’m a DTV holder, have left Thailand and been granted my usual further 6 months but need to do another 90 day report, obvs. Tried the online process but it’s not permitted as it’s the first 90 day report since my second or third entry in to Thailand. My landlord gave me the TM30 form but it was dated from 13th November -does anyone know if this will be rejected because it needs to be more recent than that?

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is crucial for your 90-day report, especially if you have left Thailand and are returning. It must be resubmitted by your landlord upon your return, and while the form dated from November 13 is not automatically rejected, you generally need a more recent TM30 for your first 90-day report after re-entering Thailand. If the TM30 is old, you may have issues at Immigration. In-person reporting is mandatory in this situation, and some have reported needing their TDAC/Arrival Card number, so it's important to be prepared.

Have you left the country or stayed at a hotel since that tm30 was issued ?

I am literally at Immigration now and just done the 90 Day. Took about a minute at the window. One thing on the form I did not need before was TDAC/ Arrival Card number

oh right.. Yh, never been asked for that before but I guess because it’s fairly new.

So you just did the ‘drive through’ service?

Yes as it's new most never put it on. I used the drive through window but walked through. My bike I parked next to the coffee shop. The walk up window was closed. :-)

Honest question, why bother? There’s no real benefit to doing it.

The notification of stay is dated on the day you get registered at Immigration and that address stays the same until you move to another address which is reported OR when you leave the country,

The notification must be done within 24 hours of arrival.

1) Your 90 day resets when you leave and come back so must be in person. 2) Your landlord has to resubmit your TM30 when you arrive back as it expired when you left the country. If that TM30 is from last week you are fine The online reporting is rejected as you are back to square 1 with in person reporting
