Why was my 90-day report for my Non-O retirement visa rejected when I did it online just a day late?

Good morning

I done a 90 day report online for the second time as before always just went into the immigration office to do before that. The first one went through no problem but this time it's been rejected for some reason. I done everything exactly the same so I cannot understand why !!! . I'm on a non O retirement visa and it's still valid til May next year. The due date was 26th September and I done on the 27th. Has anyone had the same problem? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated

TLDR : Answer Summary
User submitted a 90-day immigration report online for their non-O retirement visa, which was rejected despite following the same process as before. They submitted the report one day late, which may have led to the rejection due to recent policy changes. Other users confirmed that online submissions must be made within a specific timeframe and shared experiences with their own late submissions.

As the e-mails are auto generated its quite common for these to be treated as spam/junk by your e-mail client and for it to file them straight away unless you have flagged the sender as a contact/not junk.

I also tried to do it online to late recently. Previously I always got an e-mail from Immigration reminding me that it's time to do it but this time I didn't. Been doing it for years. Maybe they don't send out those e-mails anymore ๐Ÿค”

I still get the emails. I got one a couple of weeks ago, but TiT, so I wouldn't rely on them. I always set my calendar on my phone to remind me to do it.

same thing happened to me, I didn't get an e-mail. I applied online 4 days before the due date. It came up pending, a day after the due date it was still showing pending. I phoned immigration, the officer checked the computer and said it's okay now. Shortly thereafter I got a confirmation e-mail. This was the Kalasin office.

Umm, you can't use the online system applying AFTER the due date ๐Ÿ˜•

that's why you were rejected.

In fact since the recent update to the online system the "window to apply" is from 2 weeks before the due date down to 1 week before the due date (people have been rejected outside that window)

If your due date is the 26th you have until Oct 3 to go and apply in person because after that date you'll get a 2000baht failure to file on time fine when you do file

Okay thank you I will go in on Monday. My mistake just thought it was the same as going in. Lesson learned ๐Ÿ™
