TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced issues with their online 90-day report registration in Thailand, which was not approved. There are suggestions from the community indicating that it's not uncommon for online submissions to be rejected, and going in person is often recommended as a reliable alternative. Some users shared their experiences of successful in-person reporting and mentioned simplified processes at their local immigration offices.

It does happen, and it means you have to go in person :/

Check your emails. I know this happened to one person but they received email approved 🤷‍♀️

I have got the pdf document, but no explanation whatsoever except of this note. Speaking of which, where’s the Sub-Division2? Couldn’t find it on google maps

I just posted about this exact samething a few days ago. 3 online rejections with no remarks or explaination. I just did it in person and was approved.

There was nothing in the "Remarks" section at the bottom of the page? The one time that I got the "rejected" result, they explained what they were unhappy about in that area.

my immigration office (Yasothon) has simplified things (covid19 rules) so I only had to show them my passport. So go to them and get it done.

BEFORE ANYONE RESPONDS: The OP was able to use the system correctly, but immigration rejected it.

It does happen sometime. Is there a PDF file attached to it showing why it wasn't approve?
