I got this together with my Covid extension last time at MTT. I just checked but the online booking site is still not available. Or did I miss something?

The online system is (STILL) not working. You'll have to queue up. You'll go to MTT if you entered on a visa exempt, and go to CW if you entered on a tourist visa
