Thought I'd register through my SO to file TM30 online.
Tried for 3rd time over as many months and finally received email approval yesterday..
After getting approval tried to register my Son who arrived on 11th.
The system was unable to accept him.
Confusing website for me even though I have been using computers for decades.
So we went to Khon Kaen Immigration today and physically reported him successfully
We asked the IO if somebody could help us with the website and was told no. The website is out of service.
I had brought my laptop to Immigration.
My question...finally...is this BS or just the IO not wanting to assist?
Thank you..

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user expressed frustration over registering their son in the TM30 system online, having received approval after multiple attempts but facing issues when trying to input their son's information. Despite going to Khon Kaen Immigration for help, they were told that the website was out of service, leading them to question whether this was a genuine issue or a lack of assistance from immigration officers. Community members shared advice on using the TM30 system, clarifying that email confirmations are not sent and providing detailed instructions on how to retrieve submitted data. Overall, users suggested that while the system can be confusing, support is available through community guidance.
Like to give a big thanks to Tod and others that posted pictures. I realized after y'all giving advice I had not filled my out properly and only created an account that was approved. There is no way I would have figured this out on my own and my Thai wife gave up after 5 minutes. Not to friendly user. Tod walked me through to finish it properly. Tod knows his shit. Probably saved me another fine 555

I tried the online and all the way to right it says status approve in green. I submitted my house book and wife id on pdf submit and it said approve instantly. Didn't get any emails. I printed to the screen to take with me at 90 day reporting. I couldn't find any videos showing my tm30 on YouTube and the printed form is different. My thai wife is confused as well but we followed the directions online.
you don't take a screen shot, you do exactly what I said to file a TM30 and they have a pretty good online english how to
There is no screen shot you take, as I said, you make a profile, add the address, upload the documents
THEN you can file a TM30 on someone living at that address
and once you do you search for the imformation and export the PDF file that is the TM30

Thx guysโฆ.just wonder why it works with other sites, but not this ๐
the big thing is that most people don't know how to go back in after they submitted the data (filed the TM30 in the system under the address they ticked) to retrieve the data
from the main 'landing page' once you log in you make sure you address is ticked on the left then you fill out ONLY these fields to recall the data
Use the same date you filed the TM30 in BOTH of those search fields at the top middle of the screen

sorry that was long, BUT that's how you retrieve TM30 data that you saved AND remember you can ONLY recall TM30 data that you have filed up to 7 days ago, after that you can't retrieve it any more
SO once you do file a TM30 on someone and save their data, GO retrieve it
Thats when you press the magnifying glass on the left, see the data that was entered THEN select "EXPORT" and it will save a PDF where ever it is your device saves downloads

it should recall data at the bottom of the screen that looks like this

Can also comment that I have never received an email confirmation when submitting the tm.30- and I have done too many to mention
correct, you never will get a confirmation of filing a TM30 online because it is a passive data entry/storage system only and immigrations doesn't do anything with it YOU do as the person logging in and filing

That is 100% total b/s ๐ฎ The Tm30 system is up and running
You NEVER get a confirmation that you filed a Tm30 on someone
You log in, you select an address from your profile, you use the add button, enter a persons data, then when you submit it, it says the data was saved
Then you log out and go back into the system and search for the data you just entered, (using the date you filed the TM30 on the person in BOTH search fields and then only using their passport and nationality to search ,
It should call up the data, and you press the magnifying glass to see it, then you export it and you get a TM30 form like this you print on an A4 piece of paper
This is the bit where I get stuck - trying to find the submission Iโve just made. Why on Earth doesnโt the webpage have a drop down menu for navigation, or even just a โhomeโ button to take you back to the search page? Such poor GUI design ๐ซฃ
