TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their rejected online submission of a 90-day report, which must be filed in advance of the due date. A comment informed them that they can submit the report in person without penalty within 7 days after the due date, and suggested verifying their due date with local authorities.

Yes, you can submit 90 days report in person without being fined until 7 days after the due date.

Sounds like you counted your 90 days wrong, or there might be some kind of issues with your data on the system.

If you are sure your due date is tomorrow, you should go to the local office to get them to check your data.
