I do my 90 day reporting online without any problem.
This time I was a little late in that the 90 days expired on September 29th. I sent my request out yesterday the 29th and was rejected today since the office opened on Monday morning.
Was I rejected because of lateness?
There was no reason given in post.
I am really worried. I have never been rejected before.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a late submission for their online 90-day reporting, which expired on September 29th. They submitted their request on the due date but received a rejection. A comment explains that the new rules for online reporting allow submissions only from two weeks before the due date up to seven days before it, leading to their rejection due to late filing. It's noted that personal submissions are still possible without penalty until a set date.

the first one must be in person. You can try online during the window and you might get lucky, but officially you must do it in person.

Since they updated the online 90 day reporting system the NEW rules are you can apply from 2 weeks before the due date down until 7 days BEFORE the due date
So going by the new rules you would have had to file between the 15th and the 22nd. Any time outside that 'window of opportunity' would get rejected.
So just so I have this straight, does this mean that the 'window of opportunity' to file online is now only 7 calendar days long/wide beginning 14 calendar days before the Due Date? When did these New rules come into force?
- seems pretty clear to me that's what he has said. In other words up to 7 days beginning 14 days BEFORE the expiry date. A short but durable window. This will catch a lot of people out forcing them to visit or get a fine.
I wonder why they have changed this seems odd to me. Mine is due 16th so I have from the 2nd for 7 days only 2nd to 9th I guess ๐

Thank you Mr. Daniels! You were absolutely right. Just came back from immigration and it was as you said. I should have applied online at least a week earlier. Lesson learned. I really appreciate the valuable service this site provides for so many of us residing in Thailand.
