Just had my online 90 day report rejected for the following reason:

"The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is not found"

What does that mean??

I arrived in Thailand 15 June.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a rejection of their online 90-day report due to their first report not being found, indicating the necessity of performing this report in person. Various comments confirm that the first 90-day report must be conducted in person and some discuss potential issues that may arise if it is delayed.

Has your landlord filed a TM30 online?

You must go in person your first time. Have fun!

If I calculate correctly, it's been 93 days until today, September 15th. This may be the reason. Also, according to my current knowledge, you have to appear in person for the first 90-day report.

if I recall correctly you can apply 14 days before and 7 days after without issue ... and yes, the first one needs to be in person.

I did my very first one online last week.

I'm going on November for 97 days from USA.

What's my best plan to do to avoid problems?

what country

@Carlos ******
a multi entry tourist visa will give you 90 days then exit and return for 60 more which you can extend for 30 more or just a tourist visa 60 days +30 day extension then to a border bounce for 30 more exempt stamp free then you can extend that for 30 more but to save a lot of hassle I would come for 89 days as your arrival day counts as one day no matter what time you arrive

No. We did our first one online, last month.

So it's always worth a try. Sometimes it works.

Sounds like you need to do your first 90 day report in person. They can't find your previous one.
