Anyone else had this problem?

I have done my 90 days reports on line for the last few years no problem, went to do it on the 6th when it was due and it was rejected, I tried again the next day and was rejected again???

No idea why???

Anybody else had this issue? And how to fix it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing repeated rejections while submitting their 90-day report online in Thailand, despite having completed it without problems in the past. Other community members provided insights, suggesting that the rejection may occur if the report is submitted outside the allowed time frame (15 to 7 days before the due date) or if it is the first report after entering the kingdom, which must be done in person. There's mention of potential updates to the reporting process.

I did one recently and was rejected.. Said.. 'first one after entering the kingdom must be done in person'... Fine, but I've been here 9 years and never left? I resubmitted the next day and it was approved...

Didn't they say last year it was being updated or improved with more computerised?

yes amazing so how dose that help people that

1. Maybe don't have an immigration office where they live?

2. And why would anybody randomly walk into an immigration office of they have no business to conduct there

What a pointless comment you made

@Dmb ******
you said they didn't inform anyone. I told you that they did, in fact, inform people. Also they have been putting in the rejection notice online the same message about when you can apply.

I guess as things often change they expect people to check. But you'd not know.

You can only report online now from day 15 to day 7 before, did you leave it until the last 7 days?
