What should I do if my 90-day reporting was rejected due to a late submission on my spousal visa in Thailand?

Hi guys.

So I’m in Thailand on a spousal visa.

I was 2 days late with doing my 90 day report online and just got notification that it’s been rejected.

I’m not sure why because I thought there was a week window to get it done.

Anyway. It says contact immigration. Now I could call (if I can find the number) but we’re also not in town (still in Thailand) and won’t be back until next week.

What should I do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a spousal visa in Thailand and is facing issues with their 90-day report, which was rejected due to a late submission. While there is confusion regarding the reporting window, community comments clarify that the online reporting must be completed within 15 days before the due date, and suggest that they can still report in-person without a fine if done promptly. The fines for late reporting are consistent regardless of how late the report is.

face it you're far from the first person who missed the window of opportunity to file a 90 day report.

When you get back to the area where you live go to your immigration office file a 90 day report, take the failure to file on time fine of 2000baht, sign the log book, get the stamp in your passport, FILE a 90 day report and you're good to go

The fine is 2000baht whether you're 8 days late or 8 months late, it doesn't go up.

Unfortunately, you mixed 90 days reporting windows.

They are:

- At the local immigration office: 15 days before until 7 days after the due date

- Online: 15 days before until the due date

Technically, you can go to the local office to submit the report without being fined within 4 more days.

If you cannot report this time, you can submit the next 90 days report or any other occasion you go to the local office. You may be fined 2000thb for the lack of 90 days report within the due.

OK. Thank you! So it won’t be a big deal if I postpone and go to the office when I get back home?

If 2000 baht is no big deal, it's all good
