Hello, some info about 90 days report online application

I made my first online application for the 90 days report and i got rejected but with an explanation included in the email, so it means the system is more clear than before:

For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.

Regarding deadlines, the right info seems to be this:

ONLINE< from 2 weeks before down until 1 week BEFORE the due date

IN PERSON <- from 2 weeks before down until 1 week AFTER the due date

Thank you for wrapping up.

Yes, those are what are applied to most offices, been a while now.

The last one, 15 days in advance until 7 days later of the 90-day report is due, is applied nationwide.
