What should I do if my online 90-day report for my NON-O Retirement Visa was rejected?

Hello.

I have a NON-O Retirement Visa. Valid till March 2023. I did the last 90-day report in April 2022 (including TM30) in person in Bangkok. I left Thailand in May 2022 and came back at 7. October 2022. I tried the 90-Day online report but… rejected. Do I have to do it in person again after I left the country or another idea why I get rejected? Maybe too early?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a NON-O Retirement Visa that is valid until March 2023 and has concerns about their 90-day reporting after re-entering Thailand on October 7, 2022. They attempted to complete their 90-day report online but faced rejection. Comments indicate that the next report is due 89 days post-reentry, and there may be specific reasons for the rejection. The user may need to visit in person to resolve the issue.

If you re-entered the country on the 7th of Oct your next 90 day report is due 89 days from that date or on Jan 4th So you could apply any time after the 21st of Dec.

You appear to be within the window to do an online report.

What is in the remarks area of the rejection or in the email? They usually say WHY it was rejected

In the email they say only, I quote: "Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected.

Please contact the nearest Immigration Office in person immediately.

This happened to me and the reason was that we stayed in Krabi,I reported later, no problem but still in Thailand, I went to Singapore and when I returned, although I was told by CM immigration there was no need for a new TM30, when the second 90 days came around it was refused with the same advice- go to immigration. It seems that while you remain in Thailand they do not check the TM30, but on returning from abroad they do and in my case the Krabi trip was the last reported TM 30 (by the hotel) CM immigration updated my TM 30 with no fine and now all is well.

you shouldn't have to do a new report in person as long as your address didn't change from the one you used for your extension previous 90 day report

people have come back into the country and successfully filed a new 90 day report online without doing a new one in person. ..

similar thing just happened to both my wife and i. we haven't left the country at all since July 19. Same residence. Successful online reg. Oct, now rejected saying 'incorrect address'... we had to go in person. After showing them the APPROVED oct reg. screenshot/email, he dinked around in the computer for about 15 minutes, then gave us both new Approved , good for another 90 days. Seems like some computer glitch may have lost a load of peoples last check-ins/ registrations?

Yeah, that's what I thought too, that's why I wonder if it's not working. For me, everything looks correct. Address is the same. It's my condo.
