What should I do if I can't proceed to payment on my visa application?

I've filled up my application and am trying to proceed to payment. But I can't?

I've already highlighted the application as seen on the 1st screen shot. And the big yellow "proceed to payment" doesn't have any responses.

Yes I've tried restarting the browser in fact, I switched to chrome but it's all the same.

Any possible solutions or what have I missed? Thank you.

Sometimes it helps me if turn phone/tablet from horizontal to vertical, else I find a computer/laptop to finish it

I had this issue, even on desktop... The website is not good. You need to scroll a bit, click the plus on the app listing, and then scroll to the right (on desktop) in a somewhat weird way as there is no scroll bar. Likely still easier on desktop though than mobile. You could try "desktop mode" on a mobile browser though too maybe.

There sometimes an a rectangle option in the top left of the address bar, press that then the three dots at the bottom right and there should be an option to request desktop website. Not saying it will work but it might.

Why don't you try using a computer? I don't even understand how one can send such an application on a mobile phone.

I'm not sure whether it will solve your issue, but it's obvious from your screenshots that this website is not optimized for mobile devices.
